HOW ACCURACY IS SCORED

Simple and auditable.

The dashboard freezes the latest forecast it sees for a future ROCK cycle. After that cycle is completed, it compares the saved forecast with fulfilled Shopify demand using the same operational product grouping rules used everywhere else.

Accuracy is 100% minus the absolute forecast error relative to actual demand, with the score bounded between 0% and 100%. The page also shows the raw unit difference and whether actual demand landed inside the forecast's planning range.
